Pour 1 capful of the Bathoil in bathtub at a temperature of 37-38 degree Celsius. Bath duration: 15 to 20 minutes. Frequency: 2 to 3 times a week. Can be used alone or in association with other Physiobain dynamizes the essential oils components rendering them even more active. Can also be used in the shower in association with the Shower Milk NB or SL. For optimal results use with the appropriate Bioarome.
